What the pages cover
Three pages. Recognising the damage, handling the claim, and paying for the work.
Roof problems in this county arrive in a predictable sequence. A storm goes through. You wonder whether the roof is damaged or whether it just looks that way. Then there is a claim, and a first offer that may or may not be reasonable. Then there is a job to pay for, which is partly the insurer's money and partly yours.
Each of those has its own page, and each one is written to be useful before you need it rather than during the week when everything is happening at once.
